Terms of Use - pilotry

These terms describe the conditions under which you may use the pilotry.xyz website and the Pilotry application. This is not a public offer - there are no paid services at the moment.

1. Acceptance

By using the website or the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About Pilotry

Pilotry is a terminal-workspace for working with AI agents. The service is in early access - its functionality is evolving and may change.

3. Account

Sign-in to the app is done via Google or GitHub (OAuth). You are responsible for the security of your account with that provider. Any actions taken through your account are considered taken by you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• disrupt the service, bypass its limits, or perform attacks against it;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except where expressly allowed by law;
• perform unlawful actions or violate the rights of others;
• resell the service or include it in a paid offering to third parties without a separate agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The Pilotry name, logo, website and app design, and the application source code belong to the author of the service. Your code, your files, and your projects remain entirely yours - we do not claim any rights to them.

6. Service "as-is"

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or bug-free operation or fitness for any particular purpose. As this is early access, outages, bugs, and behavior changes are possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the author of the service is not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Changes to the service

We may change, add, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to notify you in advance about significant changes.

9. Governing law

These terms and any relationship arising from the use of the service are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
