Privacy Policy - pilotry
Updated: May 21, 2026
This policy describes what data is collected when you use the pilotry.xyz website
and the Pilotry application, why we need it, and with whom it is shared.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Igor G. Tyutyukov, self-employed (NPD), INN 640203187677. For any questions about data processing, please contact etilendihlor@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
2.1. When you sign in via Google or GitHub (OAuth)
When you sign in to the Pilotry app via Google or GitHub, we receive from the provider: your name, email address, avatar URL, and your user ID at that provider. This data comes directly from Google or GitHub - you consent to its transfer in the provider's authorization screen.
We do not see or store your Google or GitHub password.
2.2. Application logs and basic telemetry
The app writes service logs and sends basic telemetry: app version, operating system, error and crash events, and general usage metrics (for example, which features were launched).
We do not collect the contents of your terminal, the contents of your project files, your conversations with AI agents, environment variables, or any secrets.
3. Why we use it
- To authenticate you and keep your session in the app.
- To keep the service running and to contact you about account-related matters.
- To diagnose errors and crashes.
- To understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is processed using infrastructure providers (hosting, OAuth providers - Google and GitHub as part of the sign-in flow). Otherwise, sharing is only possible when required by law.
5. Cookies
The website and the app use only technical cookies that are necessary for authentication and keeping your session. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
6. Storage and deletion
Account data is stored for as long as you use the service. If you want to delete your account and the associated data, please write to etilendihlor@gmail.com - we will delete it within a reasonable time.
7. Your rights
At any time you can:
- request a copy of the data we store about you;
- ask us to correct or delete this data;
- withdraw your consent to processing.
All requests go to etilendihlor@gmail.com.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current revision date is shown at the top of the document. We will try to highlight significant changes separately on the website.
